Who Is Behind DigitalEther?

DigitalEther is a small German innovative consulting company run by Steve Graegert who has a strong project and process management background that positively reflects on DigitalEther’s philosophy.

Background

Although Steve is a typical UNIX guy he gained in-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies during his time as an Application Interoperability Engineer for the pharmaceutical industry. During that time starting around 2002 he began developing applications for the .NET platform recognizing that his many years as a Java specialist payed off again (with regard to considerable similarities between the platforms).

About the same time he became fond of the agile ways of doing things and began to introduce agile methods and practices in areas that benefited most from that transition and was soon recognized as an agile thought leader within the company. It was that success that made him pursue a career as a consultant for lean and agile management methodologies in the software industry.

In that spirit Steve brings his experience an knowledge into DigitalEther that perceives itself as a people company and is based on five values: customer satisfaction, quality, transparency, presence and playfulness.
